Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing Grafton Liquor! We are pleased to offer local delivery and nationwide shipping services to make your shopping experience as convenient as possible. Please review our shipping policy below:

• Local Delivery and Nationwide Shipping

  • We offer delivery within a 24km radius of our location.

  • We now provide nationwide shipping, which takes 3-5 business days and is delivered using the NZ Post delivery service.

  • Beers and RTD pre-mix 6Pk, 10Pk, 12Pk, 15Pk, 18Pk, & 24Pk cans and bottles are not available for nationwide shipping.

• Delivery Time Slots

  • During checkout, you will be asked to select a preferred delivery time slot for local deliveries.

  • We will deliver your local order according to the time slot you choose. Please ensure you’re available to receive your order at the selected time.

  • If you need to adjust your time slot, please contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to accommodate the change (depending on availability).

• Delivery Charges

  • Local delivery charges will be applied based on your location and will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

  • Nationwide shipping is a flat rate of $9.99, applicable to eligible items, and will be shown at checkout.

• Order Confirmation & Delivery Tracking

  • You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed.

  • On the day of delivery, we’ll send you a notification with an estimated delivery window for local orders. For nationwide shipping, tracking will be provided via NZ Post.

• Delivery Areas

  • We are currently able to deliver to addresses within a 24km radius of our store for local deliveries.

  • Nationwide shipping is available across New Zealand for eligible items. If your address is outside the 24km radius and includes ineligible items (e.g., beers and RTD pre-mixes), we won’t be able to fulfill the nationwide shipping portion of your order at this time.

• Missed Deliveries

  • If you miss your scheduled delivery time for local orders, we will attempt to contact you to reschedule. Additional delivery charges may apply for rescheduled deliveries.
